Out I look,
I see it all,
and yet there's more,
to be seen.
I feel the wind against my face,
I lift my head,
flap my wings,
I fly.
Soaring, spiraling,
sailing away,
to somewhere far away,
someplace new.
I arrive here,
It's not the same,
but different,
yet somehow right.
The air not quite as sweet,
The wind not as powerful,
The sky not as blue,
I hear a whisper.
I see a familiar face up in the clouds,
I won't have to worry anymore,
I never did,
God was always with me.

Wow! II
There has been much success from this blog, in the short amount of time I've had it. However, The Wizard of Oz was not the only inspiration for "Somewhere Over the Rainbow". Journey of a Catholic Poster Girl, a blog that you can link to from mine, did and still does inspire me. I am a catholic, myself, and are always looking for ways to spread the word of God. What better way to do so then start a blog?
I encourage everyone to please visit the blog, Journey of a Catholic Poster Girl, it inspired me and I guarantee it will inspire you, too!

I am Happy
This peom is dedicated to my dad,
Happy Father's Day, Dad!
Today I am happy as I sit here tonight,
Being blessed by God and all his might.
We sit here together enjoying a meal,
Each of us knowing this gift must be real.
Six people, six chairs,
All sitting together.
Not forgetting of course,
The seventh, our savior.
The life, the love, the laughs,
It's all a big blur,
But, God remembers it all,
That part is for sure.
As we drive home,
I feel like a dove.
Flying away,
Feeling the love.
We pull in the driveway,
And we're welcomed again.
The love is everlasting,
I believe. Amen.

Big Week Ahead
I have a big week ahead. I know this, and I know that because of this may be not everything will go the way I want it to. But, it's not about the way I want it to or what I think is "perfect"that matters, because may be what I think is "perfect" isn't what God thinks is "perfect". God knows best.
This is one of the many things I learned while listening to a priest talk about adoration. He was a very moving speaker, and as he spoke I felt myself getting closer and closer to God. As he spoke I felt God speaking through him. As he spoke the sun was shining through the stained glass windows letting everyone know that he was and is right now present in our minds on our lips and in our hearts. It was also very amazing and something I will never forget, because it was on my birthday. I got to hear a priest talk about adoration on my birthday. And now, I'm using what I've learned to make this next week the greatest and most faithful and successful week of my entire life. Wow.

God is Always There
This morning I woke up not feeling too well. I threw up a couple times. Today's been just as crazy as yesterday! The good news is I feel much better now. Being sick isn't fun, but as long as you trust in God, and believe he'll help you get threw it, you will get through it. No matter what happens, God is there. As long as you remember that, everything seems better.

Choices
Reading a good book is better than...
staying on the computer for hours and hours...
playing video games until your fingers are numb...
watching a movie instead of using your own imagination...
Where would you rather spend your time - a bookstore, or the mall?
At a party or at a library?
Leaving the job for someone else to do, or volunteering?
W.W.J.D.? WHAT WOULD JESUS DO?

Puzzle
I’m not gonna’ stop ‘Till I reach the top.
Hard work pays off In the long run, So I’m gonna’ work I ton. Seeing no Light at the end Of the tunnel, but belieVing it’s there. Making my drEams come true, it’s something I was born to do. And once I make it there, it's then when I begin to share.
My talent.
Decode the secret message, what does it spell out?

God is Good
God is good.
God is great.
Let us thank him for our food.
By his hand we all are fed.
Thank you God for daily bread.

Rainbows Are a Gift From God
Rainbows are a gift from God.
We just look up and know he's there watching over us.
He loves us dearly, that's for sure, and he just wants to remind us;
We just look up and know he's there watching over us.
He loves us dearly, that's for sure, and he just wants to remind us;
that he will help us reach our dreams, all we have to do is ask.
